The
Executive MBA (EMBA) program is a 50-unit curriculum that provides
a complete framework for the strategic management of an organization.
Designed for the experienced manager and structured around a small-class
format, this program facilitates the transfer of knowledge and skills
necessary to achieve each of the following objectives:
- Anticipate and assess critical management opportunities
and issues.
- Identify and forecast trends and changes in
industries and markets, both domestically and internationally.
- Create strategic and functionally integrated
concepts to achieve corporate goals.
- Increase the effectiveness of interpersonal
and organizational communication and behavior.
- Provide appropriate quantitative tools that
assist in the implementation of strategic plans and improve net
results.
- The EMBA program is offered over a 20-month,
five trimester period.
